The NCA Business Portal (NCABP) is the internal operations platform of the National Coffee Authority of Papua New Guinea — the statutory body responsible for regulating and developing PNG's coffee industry. NCABP provides a secure, auditable system for managing payments and approvals, divisional and MTEF budgets, vendor and employee onboarding, petty cash, rentals, asset and fleet registers, licensing and grower records, and board-level compliance reporting.
